1. Summary

• Videos and media files you record or edit are stored only on your device and are not transmitted to the Developer's servers.
• The App does not require sign-up or login and does not collect direct personal identifiers such as your name, email, or phone number.
• When used for free, the App shows Google AdMob ads, and Google collects and uses certain information (such as advertising identifiers) to serve those ads.
• Premium purchases (ad removal, watermark removal, lossless export) are processed through Google Play in-app billing.

2. Information We Collect and Use

2-1. Data processed only on your device (never transmitted)

• Video files you record or import, round/segment editing data, and app settings
• Your premium purchase status (entitlement) is stored locally on your device.

This data stays on your device only; the Developer does not access or collect it.

2-2. Information collected by a third party (Google) for ads

To serve ads in the free version, the Google AdMob SDK may collect and use:

• Advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID, AAID)
• Device information (model, OS version, approximate location, etc.)
• Ad impression and interaction data

This is processed under Google's privacy policy and terms.

2-3. Payment information

Premium purchases are processed by Google Play. The App does not collect or store payment instrument details such as card numbers. The App only receives a "purchase completed" signal to unlock features.

3. Permissions and Their Purposes

Permissions are used only when you use the related feature, and you can revoke them anytime in your device settings.

4. Managing Your Advertising Identifier

On Android, you can reset your advertising ID or limit personalized ads under Settings > Privacy > Ads (menu names may vary by device).

5. Data Retention and Deletion

• On-device data (videos, settings, purchase status) is deleted when you delete it yourself or uninstall the App.
• Retention periods for ad-related data follow Google's policies.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not primarily directed at children under 14 and does not knowingly collect children's personal information.
